An integral fully submersible shaft torque sensor system can be used for winch tensioning systems up to a motor shaft torque of 25,000Nm.
The combined torque sensor and motor pressure are used to select and control motor displacement in the range from ’00’ to ‘5.3’l/rev. The mechanical efficiency of each motor frame size is mapped within the valve software to enable accurate displacement performance for both pumping and motoring modes of operation.
