Stäubli will be presenting its textile machinery solutions to the world’s composites and advanced materials communities at the Composites and Advanced Materials Expo (CAMX), being held at the Orange County Convention Centre, Orlando, Florida, US.
The event is taking place between 12-14 September, and was created by ACMA and SAMPE.
Regardless of the application – transportation, aerospace, marine, wind energy, software, construction and infrastructure, medical, academics, sports and leisure – CAMX is the must-attend event for products, solutions, networking and advanced industry thinking.
Offering textile machinery solutions, Stäubli produces dobbies, cam motions and Jacquard machines for any weaving machine type and any fabric type. They also offer high-performance harnesses, as well as various special accessories for Jacquard weaving. Stäubli weaving preparation systems include automatic drawing-in machines. Warp tying machines, as well as products for optimising material flow in the mill and harness change on the weaving machine are also part of Stäubli’s list of products, meeting today’s ever-growing demand for quick style change.
Stäubli manufactures quality systems for the weaving industry and offers solutions adapted to the requirements of each user.
Stäubli Textile will exhibit the compact UNIVAL 100, which is perfectly suited for applications in technical textiles that require absolute reliability in shed formation and extremely high-control accuracy. Available in several formats and a variety of configurations, it opens up new possibilities and allows the production of a great diversity of technical textiles and 3D multi-layer fabrics. A race car door panel will illustrate the Jacquard woven carbon fibre 3K pre-preg fabrics, as well as service parts.
The Fluid Connection Division of Stäubli will have the Autoclave connectors and high-temperature connectors on display. Staubli Robotics, along with Creno will be illustrating deburring carbon fibre parts, highlighting the TX2-40 Robot. Staubli’s TX60L will be in Creno booth #G44, illustrating precision milling of composite materials.
