Sweden’s Dellner Brakes will be attending the China WindPower 2018 event for the first time this year, following the company’s recent acquisition of the JHS group of companies, including JHS Wind Power Technology (Beijing) Co Ltd.
Dellner Brakes is one of the world’s leading suppliers of brakes and related power transmission products, with a history of innovation stretching back more than 50 years. Their core product range includes hydraulic and electric disc brakes, turning and locking devices, pneumatic drum brakes and clutches, shaft couplings and rotary unions.
Dellner Brakes CEO Marcus Aberg said: “China is an important market for us and we have an established and thriving business supplying braking products to the marine and industrial markets from our Shanghai office.
“We are now looking to consolidate and grow our business in the Far East and specifically in the wind sector, through the new Dellner Brakes JHS brand. The renewables market in China presents massive potential for us, and our teams are really looking forward to discussing opportunities with existing and new customers at China Wind Power.”
The Dellner Brakes JHS range of noise-free, lightweight brakes and yaw sliding bearings for wind turbines have been developed with noise reduction as the core focus, recognising that noise prevention plays a substantial role in the overall acceptance of wind energy.
JHS products set standards for the industry and are used worldwide by nearly all leading manufacturers of wind power plants. The product range includes yaw brakes and yaw sliding bearings, rotor brakes and locks plus components and accessories.
You can find out more about the Dellner Brakes JHS products and meet the team at China WindPower, China International Exhibition Centre, Beijing, from 17 to 19 October. Come along to Stand W1-D03.
