Specialised hydropower industry solutions

We offer business planning and preliminary design support to investors. We provide fully customised solutions for the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of hydroelectric turbines, including Kaplan, Francis and Pelton from 100kW up to 20MW.

Our services include water-to-wire integrated solutions with complete electromechanical equipment, electrical balance of plant (BOP), automation and control systems.

We also provide tailor-made solutions for rehabilitation and repowering of existing power plants.

We engineered, manufactured, assembled, delivered and commissioned more than 210 hydro units with over 440MW of installed power and a capability of the energy yield of approximately 1.000 GWh.

Engineering solutions for the renewable industry

We own a complete range of proprietary hydraulic profiles that have been commissioned and positively tested. We offer internal expertise and solutions, which we developed to optimise turbine hydraulic design with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) calculation method.

We define the static and dynamic behaviour of our machines using design‐integrated finite element analysis (FEA) with customised tools based on the FEMAP‐CAEFEM and ANSYS platform. The turbines are manufactured and pre-assembled in our workshop.

Automation and control systems can be customised to meet client requirements.

Complex and complete monitoring systems based on top-level supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) can be provided together with the equipment integrated into the automation system. It guarantees safe and reliable operation of the hydropower plant and prevents malfunction, as well as production losses.

Advanced remote control and data transfer systems provide a constant connection with the hydropower plant to monitor the relevant unit parameters from the customer data room or any other control station.

Repowering services for the renewable industry

We provide repowering services, develop renovation solutions and offer installation capabilities that meet various accessibility and schedule requirements.

Water-to-wire service for the hydropower industry

We offer water-to-wire integrated solutions, including the development of high-quality, cost-effective technology, adapted for the local environment and design characteristics of the hydropower plants.

We meet the automation, protection, SCADA and remote-control system requirements that support standard operation and remote assistance and diagnostics, as well as ensure a high level of safety in automated operation.

Design concepts are developed based on tailor-made application standardised engineering solutions and components to facilitate the maintenance process and spare part replenishment.
