Management systems
SeaRoc develops and implements HSEQ management systems to suit your business or project, that represents best practice and can be practically applied. These could either be a completely new system or enhancement of an existing system, and SeaRoc can additionally help customers achieve certification to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), OHSAS 18001 (health and safety), and other supplier databases such as Achilles.
The company also conduct gap analysis and / or create bridging systems to align management systems and standards of multiple stakeholders on a project e.g. between clients, contractors and vessels.
Project HSE support
Risk management, development and management of risk registers, ensure design risk assessments consider HSE risks throughout the life of the project and design decisions are recorded. Management of risk assessment processes and facilitate workshops including hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA), hazard operability (HAZOP).
Ensuring the right processes are in place, development and implementation of HSE risk control processes detailed in construction phase plans and emergency response plans.
Ensuring the right people and plant are in place, we conduct competency assessments, equipment checks and suitability assessments of vessels.
