JinkoSolar supplies 35.46MW of solar modules to PV project in Mexico


JinkoSolar Holding has delivered 35.46MW of solar modules to Gransolar, a renewable energy construction company, for a PV project in Mexico.

The PV modules were supplied to a solar power plant in Camargo, Chihuahua state.

Construction of the plant has been completed. in April, the plant got approval to commence commercial operations.

Gransolar project manager Francisco Torrecillas said: "Gransolar is pleased to use JinkoSolar modules on this project and looks forward to continuing its relationship with JinkoSolar on future projects." .

JinkoSolar vice president for global sales and marketing Gener Miao said: "We are delighted to have the opportunity to cooperate with Gransolar again.

"Our partnership with Gransolar further strengthens JinkoSolar's presence in Latin America. We will continue to provide high-quality products to our clients there."

JinkoSolar distributes its solar products to utility, commercial and residential customers in China, the US, Japan, Germany, the UK, Chile, South Africa, India, Mexico, Brazil, the UAE and other countries.

It has developed a vertically integrated solar product value chain, with an integrated annual capacity of 5GW for silicon ingots and wafers, 4GW for solar cells, and 6.5 GW for solar modules as of 31 March.
