Heat exchangers for renewable applications

Working in collaboration with experts from the technical universities of Liberec, Czech Republic, and Lucerne, Switzerland, RECUTECH has invented a unique technology that meets the requirements of its customers.

REK+ is an aluminum range of counter-flow heat exchangers with pressure drop and a balanced ratio of efficiency of up to 95%.

Every REK+ product is tested for leaks before entering service, ensuring maximum tightness.

This product range complies with Passivhaus standards and comes in nine sizes, and lengths between 100mm and 950mm.

Additional features, such as a bypass chamber, closing flap and REK+ combination of CB or CX for different ventilation solutions, can be added depending on customer specifications.

Highly efficient plastic heat exchangers

REP+ and RSP+ are plastic counter-flow heat exchangers with a balanced ratio of efficiency of up to 94%, pressure drop and price level.

As with REK+, these products go through comprehensive leak teats to ensure they have the maximum level of tightness and come in eight sizes, and lengths between 100mm and 750mm.

Comprehensive rotary-wheel solutions

ROW+ is a rotary-wheel range that is made from the highest-quality components.

The current line is offered with various wheel diameters, from 300mm to 2,490mm, spanning from 1.4mm to 2.6mm.

Each wheel provides double-sided seal protection for maximum tightness and rigidity of the construction.

A step motor is used for reliability and the proprietary wheel control and regulation system is controlled by a 0V to 10V signal. The wheels can also be produced in non-hygroscopic and hygroscopic configurations.
